Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of the pleasant village of Seal near Sevenoaks, our home has easy access to the Kent countryside and local amenities.
We tailor the care we provide to each individual resident, taking time to get to know them, their experiences, routine and their expectations for their time with us – however long or short. Our team of highly-trained care assistants and registered nurses are on hand round the clock.
We focus on dignity, respect and our residents' quality of life, ensuring they retain as much independence as possible.
We offer 24-hour personal support to those with a condition that requires frequent specialised, qualified nursing care.
Expert personal care 24-hours a day in comfortable, homely accommodation with daily activities to stimulate body and mind.
Round the clock care in a safe, comfortable environment for up to six weeks. Perfect for carers who are ill, on holiday or just need a break.
Care for those recovering from surgery or illness, through a combination of rest appropriate exercise and balanced diet.
We provide respectful pro-active care for residents and relatives in their last days of life. We ensure that their physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs are considered and met.
We're always striving to improve our treatments and services so feedback from residents and relatives is very important to us. The results of this help us provide the best care possible.
We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This helps us to identify how we can deliver person-centred care for the people living in Bupa homes.
We make sure there's always something fun and engaging to keep our residents occupied, regardless of their level of mobility. Friends and family are welcome to come along and join in at any time.
By talking to residents and getting to know their interests and hobbies we can create an inclusive, varied programme of activities. Film screenings, exercise classes and flower arranging all prove very popular. There are visits from local entertainers and performers and we have strong links with the local community and are well known for our hospitality.
Communion is offered twice a month and our links with different religious groups mean we can often arrange contact for those of different denominations.
Our chefs use only the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients when preparing the well-balanced dishes that our residents look forward to. Our menu is nutritionally assessed to ensure the meals we provide are as healthy as they are delicious.
We have an open door policy, so you are welcome to pop in to the home at any time. However, we recommend you avoid visiting at main meal times as these can be very busy. If you would like to speak to the home manager when you visit, you can make an appointment by calling us first.
Depending on its size, new residents are welcome to bring furniture to their new room. Many of our residents bring a favourite armchair or pictures and other small belongings to personalise their room.
This depends on availability of rooms in the home, understanding the cost of care and the person moving in receiving a care assessment.Ask us a question

There’s a lot to figure out when it comes to funding. Pop in for a visit and we will be happy to talk it over.
